The Miami Heat lost to the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA Finals and some, including ABC's Jeff Van Gundy, wonder if president Pat Riley needs to radically change the roster next season. Van Gundy brought up an interesting scenario on Sunday's post-game show, reports the Orlando Sentinel. "I think that Dwyane Wade and LeBron James, going forward, they have to evaluate: Is that the best compliment they could be? Or should they make a play for Dwight Howard using one of those two guys, to get a more balanced team? That's for the offseason." There has been plenty of scuttlebutt regarding Howard's future and while the Magic insist they want to keep the center past next season, they would seriously have to think about trading for James, if he was offered by Riley.
Re: JVG Suggests Heat Trade LeBron James for Dwight Howard james is gonna run from there so fast if they dont win it next year, he will go to new york and try to win one there, and become a wandering, ringless, bitch
Re: JVG Suggests Heat Trade LeBron James for Dwight Howard this move would kill the magic, and make heat perenial champions. riley should really think about this move as its becoming obvious that lebron hasnt got what it takes to win.
