No official report but they just said that he is in excellent shape and at a good weight, also "way ahead of schedule". I know we've heard this before in the past but I'm definitely optimistic by this news and we could do some serious damage with a healthy Greg moving forward.

Who just said this? Mike Barrett? It was Barrett wasn't it?! Fuck him.

Is he running yet? Last interview I saw with him he shrugged when asked about running at full speed. If he's running and jumping and all that, then I'll start to feel better about his chances.

They didn't specify, just that he's at a good weight and that he's way ahead of schedule. Whatever that is exactly.

These guys are paid by the blazers... I'm shocked if they didn't say GO wasn't running to sign his new contract, and they saw Felton hitting three's from the bridge. You don't selll season tickets with Roy on ice, GO limping, and Felton eating a bakers dozen at the Krispy Kreme. It's not till after the season is sold out that they say Roy is done, and GO has had a setback.... HAHAHAHA!

And Batum put on 25 pounds of muscle.

On a serious note, Greg didn't look fat or anything on Kimmel's show. He probably does look good as it's essentially a contract year.

You know you have been a member of a specific message board for a long time when you know exactly what the responses will be just by seeing the title of the post. We are all very predictable. I know....myself included.

At least this means they'll be extending the QO at a minimum.

It's too late for him to be WAY ahead of schedule. WAY ahead of schedule would mean he's ready a month ago.

Not sure how you reached that conclusion. The typical recovery time for microfracture surgery is a year, just like they said when he had the surgery at the end of November.

Well, yeah, and fuck Aldridge too for having the audacity to say that Greg was looking good and working his ass off to get back. Fuck anybody with the least bit of positive news. We won't stand for it.

LMA actually has an ounce of credibility, so I'd probably take him saying that at face value. Plus, it's not "fuck anybody with the least bit of positive news." it's just "fuck Mike Barrett." one of the biggest bullshit peddlers and shills I've ever had to endure.
