That's what I'm thinking too. If it were to go to a formal hearing with the NCAA one thing to remember is LSU and a few other big named schools used Lyles scouting over the years as well. The NCAA might not want to peel this onion to much more. Lyles has been called a street agent by many writers and shady with most of his practices. A clever attorney for the Ducks may demand full disclosure of scouting practices, reports, tax statements concerning Lyles using the other schools he worked for to represent how unorganized he was with reports to us.... and those other schools can be subpoenad for their ledgers and payment histories to Lyles with detailed reports like the ones we can't seem to find, this can establish credibility or not on claims pending the Ducks. Do you think Lyles kept "SPARKLING CLEAN" records for their programs too? HAHAHA! 25K in bigtime college football for buying a player is the deal of a century! Lyles should be on every teams recruiting speed dial then! HAHAHAHA Crap Reggie Bush cost USC a half million dollar house, Cam's dad was auditioning for 100k to the highest bidder. 25k for a player like Seastrunk and LMJ to split with Lyles for his "AMAZING" push to Oregon would seem quite the bargain when duffle bags of cash are left at top recruits houses before signing day all across this country and everyone knows this happens. Are we to think that Lyles didn't grease both LMJ and Seastrunk with cash to come here and leave #1 recruiting state of Texas? Why wouldn't they want some of that scratch?Come on! 25k seems almost insulting to all of them don't ya think? HAHAHA! With Uncle Phils type of money I think we could buy 'JUST A BIT MORE!"

The NCAA does not want LSU, Texas, Texas A&M and other schools to be implicated by association with this Lyles mess and they can be because they've used his services too. Lyles billed himself as a legit scout, his failure to be organized on many levels wont just hurt the Ducks it'll open the flood gates to a handful of other programs he's "SCOUTED" for. Best to move on and let Willie go back to baking bread! I feel safe in saying this isn't going to a formal hearing not cause we did nothing wrong, but cause we are far from ALONE in wrong doing! HAHAHA!

    I sure hope so.

SEC schools have paid players, used people like Lyles, have players that routinely drive $100,000 cars... The NCAA knows this and while they let SEC schools have a free pass, they will have a hard time hammering UO for some of the same stuff.
