Both teams have good defenses, but I think ours is better.
We have a better offense, even with a back up QB... and they are using a back up (run first) QB.
Special Teams? Our FG kicker sucks! Dont know anything about their special teams.
They have the home field advantage.
    I think we win. 14-6

I think the Beavers defense will pick off Nelson's passes.

Yes, he is... BYU's place kicker has missed 3 XP's and a couple crucial FG's. His poor performance is a pretty big reason for BYU's two losses.

There's a good chance of that, but to be fair, four of Nelson's INT's came during the 2 games he was playing injured and really had no business being on the field in the first place.

You can talk about quality of opponents, but 13 straight quarters without a TD for BYU's opponents, might counter the idea that OSU has a better defense. I don't think there's much debate about the offense though; BYU is struggling to say the least. I'm curious to see how OSU's backup will fair.

I thought converting 4th downs was supposed to be difficult?

Not even a full page game thread. Must not have been that big of a game or victory.

he started the game off strong and ended it well but kind of struggled in the middle. overall I was very pleased with his performance, he made some throws I wasn't expecting him to be able to make. We got lucky, for once, on quite a few plays. This year has been special.

Definitely times he struggled. I give him props for leading us to a win. Hopefully his decision making improves against Utah.

I wish he was a few inches taller so he didnt have so many balls knocked down by the d line

Did you watch the game? He had times he played great (especially first couple of drives when the game started). Dude had a fine 1st game, but I'm not going to act like he didn't have weak moments. I hope Mannion can come back after the Utah game.

BIG WIN! GO BEAVS! First time the Beavs have been 5-0 in over 70 years!
Vaz was great considering the circumstances. I expect him to only get better and be more comfortable next week vs. Utah.
