We win if Vaz plays at Century Link, and beat Stanford if Mannion was QB there. Have to say the coaching staff takes the blame for these folies, however, they also get all the credit for this turnaround of a season! Go Beavs.
Agree, but the coaches dont have a crystal ball and cant predict when each QB is going to struggle. Its easy for us to say that they brought Mannion back too soon and should have gone with Vaz at UW... then give the ball back to Mannion when he was 100% at ASU or Stanford. We could be 9-0, yes. But it doesnt all fall on the QB's. There where some stupid penalties and other mistakes that killed us at the end of both games.
Naah... I'm just giving shit for the sake of giving shit... In the state I'm in at the moment, tbh, I'm just proud of myself for remembering the #2 Pac-12 bowl. Everyone would love to see an Alabama/Oregon final, because most people agree that those are the two best teams in the country. I'm not going to lie though, I'm rooting for a Notre Dame final, whether it be against K-State or Oregon. I'm a diehard Michigan State fan, but I've always had a soft spot for Notre Dame, being a Detroit kid growing up in Memphis. You'd think being anything but a Baptist was a crime in my area of the world. There was always such disdain for Catholics (and especially, in SEC country, everyone hates Notre Dame), so I'm actually rooting for Notre Dame to make it to the BCS Championship, and if that's the case, I hope ND is playing K-State instead of Oregon, because ND's defense is strong upfront but will have serious problems with Oregon's WR's.
