Re: UFC 158: St-Pierre vs. Diaz (Mar/16) See, it's pictures like that that makes me not know whether Diaz is playing up the asshole thing or not.

was nick diaz insinuating there was a mole in his camp? this dude certainly has issues and hopefully he gets some time to sort through them. i wonder how big his payday is going to be with the pay per view splits? 5 million?
Diaz is super paranoid. It comes from his coach and also from his habits. He is shocked that GSP could avoid his kneebar attempts? Maybe he shouldn't have gone to that well fifty times in the fight after it didn't go for him the first two or three times. He made no adjustments. I would reckon that Diaz will get north of $2-million for the fight but the guy seems to have money management issues so we'll see him again before long. GSP makes $5-million and I don't think Diaz will approach that number seeing has how he has low sponsorship payout and isn't established in the UFC in terms of tenure.
Condit/Hendricks was an epic fight. Hendricks should be the clear top contender now. No excuses. If his mitt isn't destroyed he should be facing GSP in a few months, hopefully not in Montreal. Condit/Ellenberger rematch on the way?
I'm never buying into the UFC hype again. Its clear as day to me that Diaz was told to act like an ass and talk major shit to promote this fight. If their was genuine distaste for each other, there is no way they would have embraced like they did after the fight. I'll be completely honest with you guys, I'm not impressed with GSP at all in his last two fights. He's tired, he's taken punches that he usually doesn't take, and he hasn't looked AS dominate on the ground as he did before he blew his ACL out. I think that ACL injury has taken a toll on him. He beat Diaz tonight, fair and square, but it wasn't an ass whooping at it wasn't impressive to me at all. His game plan was predictable. I think Hendricks knocks him out. speeds, your opinion of GSP post blown out ACL?
And on the note of Diaz retiring, I don't think he's got as major money issues as he states. I really think he's just over fighting MMA in the States. He's on record as calling that fighters should be yellowcarded and penalized for stalling on the ground and what not. This isn't the first time he's talked about retirement. I really just don't think his head is in it anymore. He seems content with training kids, running a gym, and helping his teammates train.
hendricks didnt want to stand in the pocket with carlos. i think gsp would negate his approaches with the jab and takes his ass down when he comes in reckless. also, hendricks would gas in an exhaustive grappling match with gsp.
