What bugs me is I talked baseball, HCP talked about my avatar, then he & vanilla gorilla got on my ass for replying - how dare you talk about your avatar! Why don't you talk sports? Which of course was exactly what I tried to do!

One month til the 2013 FIBA Americas Championship. The preliminary schedule is out -

The rosters, on the other hand, have yet to be released (unless one of ya'll could find something I couldn't).

Looking at the schedule, it looks like a bit of a joke without America involved, but really, if all of the Canadian players agree to play, Hibbert agrees to play for Jamaica, Horford/Towns/Garcia/Villanueva play for the Dominican Republic, etc., it could become a really interesting tournament. Greivis Vasquez will play for Venezuela, so that leaves Paraguay and Uruguay as the only teams in an ten team field without an NBA player on the roster.

I saw that he has played for both US and Jamaica - which one most recently? How can you switch without switching citizenship?

Israel is really pissed at the Mavs for telling Gal Mekel not to play. And rightly so - Cuban is a dick about these things. The only reason he didn't complain with Nowtizki playing for Germany is because Dirk's his star and he brownnoses him. If you're consistent, he should be the one you complain MOST about.
