The Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services has granted therapeutic usage exemptions to Frank Mir and Ben Rothwell in advance of their respective contests at UFC 164. Mir is a second-time user having been on testosterone treatment for his fight with Junior dos Santos. Rothwell is a first time applicant. Rothwell joins the likes of Mir, Dan Henderson, Vitor Belfort, and Chael Sonnen. At 31 he is the youngest user so far.
