Anyone know of anyone they can recommend for exterior house painting? Someone reasonably priced?

How big is your house? Roll or sprayed?

I dunno. 5000+ sq feet. Sprayed, probably. The back and one side are going to be a real B, so I can't imagine rolling.

I think we've found someone to do it. It ain't gonna be cheap.

...I can put a crew together to do it for less, no joke! A close friend of mine used to run College Pro Painters fora number of years and still has a lot of connections. PM me if you are still in the bidding process.

How much was it, if you dont mind me asking. My house is 2500sqft inside, not sure how that translates to the outside, but am interested in doing the same thing sometime soon.

Argh. You're about two weeks too late. I already committed. We got a good price ($2-3K LESS than anyone else), and they did our neighbor's house last year (and it looks great). Thanks, though.

After I got them to come down a bit, $7K for the entire house and pressure-treating the entire roof. It's a 5200 square foot house, but it's 3 levels with some very awkward angles built into a sloping hillside and has a massive crawl space, so we're talking a huge surface area.

Yeah. Too much furniture, actually. Working to clear out some of it. Been in the house 13 months and still trying to get settled in.
