Afflalo gives us insurance if Wes decides to bolt (he won't).

I don't know if I agree that Afflalo is a poor man's Wesley. They're pretty comparable actually.

Good Trade for both teams. If I were them I'd trade one of their PFs in the offseason and re-sign TRob.

I really want to see Wes and AA and playing together effectively. Because I want to sign both this summer.
I am not concerned about Nic, he will mesh with AA just as well as he does with Wes. But if there are enough minutes to go around to keep all three happy I think it will make a very solid rotation.

How about an end of game line up of LA, Nic, AA, Wes and Dame. Against perimeter teams like GS it may be effective.

Afflalo and Gee must feel like it's Christmas after playing for the bus station of the league this season. Denver is stockpiling undersized power forwards like Phoenix stockpiled guards

    Uh-follow probably.

Aflac for the win though! :)

If he has a bad game, whoever the Afflalo hater turns out to be will probably go with "Off-LOL".

    You're welcome.

Does Afflalo have a nickname? If not, Rice will give him one so he doesn't have to stumble through saying Afflalo 50 times a game. And, it will be something lame, either something with one syllable, or something easy to remember like The Buffalo.

At least we got Gee. I think he was a throw-in just to keep Mike Rice happy.

I believe Arron Afflalo is the player who took a cheap shot fouling Rudy Fernandez. I have looked for video but can't find one. Maybe someone here can find one.

You're thinking of Trevor Ariza, starting SF for the Rockets.

As if we needed another reason to hate that team.

Rudy probably deserved it. AA's foul, if it was him, couldn't have been as bad as Trevor Ariza's, though.
