<span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS">I bounce the ball a couple of times, bounce the ball and without the ball in my hand, pretend I'm shooting, just to get the motion going... My movements are similar to Vince Carter's. I'm not a tremendous free throw shooter... I think I'm about 80% on any good day but usually, I'm in the low 70's.</span>
Nothing special, 3 bounces and then I just say "skittles" in my mind when it goes in :biggrin: I'm 80-90%
I step right up and the second I catch it shoot it then make 2 peace signs to the crowd and walk away. Never miss.
Spin once in my right hand, dribble 3 times and I kinda move my feet to keep moving so I'm more, in rythym, spin it in my right hand again, take a deep breath, and shoot.Led my team in FT% last year :winkglasses:
I spin it, dribble 2 times, put it over my head with two hands like that type of animation in nba live 07 and then dribble twice again, then hold the ball up and get my grip good then shoot. but I suck on free throws because my wrist strength is weak and I need the jumping momentum on my shot and I find it hard to stay on the ground/floor when shooting. actually I do this all the time like when im shooting for ball before a game or playing elimination or 21 or something.
o do wat mj does pretty much, drop the ball and put spin on it 2 come back to me, dribble 3 times and spin the ball in my hands. in the past 3 weeks I've done dat and tried 2 NOT focus on anything wen shooting, I just shoot it up. gotten roughly 85% but im a horrible shooter.
Spin the ball back. Bounce the ball 3 times. Bend my knees and do that bouncing thing movement a couple of times. Then I shoot the ball as I'm going up. Around 70% ft shooter
I start with my left foot behind me, I get the ball, bounce it two times, spin it, move my left foot in and shoot.
