We have a good quality soccer forum which we'll be bringing across in the coming 1-2 weeks. From there we will set up the other soccer leagues and really kick off that section.
Is it possible for mods to be able to edit the roster information in each teams forum..
Personalized user profiles
Make it possible to have a permanent style of writing..like Weasel suggested
I don't like in forums how it has the Threads column, always confuses me into the thinking the topic has no posts or very few.

QUOTE (Theo)

I don't like in forums how it has the Threads column, always confuses me into the thinking the topic has no posts or very few.

Agree, the first time I saw it I thought the posts were lost or deleted. lol

with the addition of folders, the threads column does matter
However, i can blank instead of showing a number for threads.
The rosters are generated by the newsfeed, so we don't want to edit them. At some point, I'll make links to player pages for each guy. MikeDC's been working hard on the player stuff, and it's really close. Be patient
I'll email the news room and tell em about adams.

Please delete the forum list from the end of threads. I would rather navigate back to the forum to select a thread.

It's generally a bad idea to have www pages that are dead ends; that is, there should always be some links of interest to drive the user to click on the next great thing.

Perhaps it should have only the most recent thread in that particular forum at the bottom of the page.
When looking through the recent activity in a forum, I'd like the ability to filter the type. So I could find polls, blogs or web pages quickly
-Need a better background. current one is too plain.
-We need more user options such as '# of posts per page"
-Easier navigation through forums
-For trivia, have divided into different categories. Ex- NBA Trivia, NFL Trivia, etc.

i don't know if this was already brought up, but how about a default font?
like, for example, every time you make a post, it automatically has you using comic sans, green, bold, 8 pt.

i'm not sure how much trouble that would be, though.

You may set that function [links to new tabs] in Firefox, but it isn't something that we would like to do universally. Most people prefer opening links in the same window.
