Sami Zayn makes his way to the ring in regular clothes to kick off this week’s NXT. Rich Brennan and Corey Graves are on commentary. Zayn says it’s good to be back and thank you. He was away overseas in Abu Dhabi. He had a lot of time to think. The timing was interesting, leaving a lot of questions and concerns. The tour should’ve been great, but the only thing on his mind was Kevin Owens. The Kevin Owens he was in the ring with at Takeover was not the Kevin Owens he was in the ring with two or ten years ago. Zayn saw something in his eyes he’s never seen before. Zayn says he has a plan. He’s going to use his rematch and recapture his NXT Championship. Number one on the priority list, though, is to kick Kevin Owens’ ass! Tonight, Lucha Dragons face Blake and Murphy. Bayley faces Emma. Rhyno makes his way to the ring. Rhyno vs. Jobber Rhyno spears his opponent into the corner and throws him across the ring with a hip toss. Rhyno hits the Gore for the win.
