Pacquaio was sabotaged by the NSAC/Vegas/Mayweather conspiracy So much so that a commissioner from the NSAC resigned IMMEDIATELY saying he was disgusted & embarrassed at the way the NSAC treated Pacquaio . Its ok for Mayweather to take illegal additives for the fight but NOT ok for Pacquaio to take LEGAL painkillers. Both the NSAC & the CSAC are riddled with corruption in my book plus they don't even bother to try to hide it these days
