They should have suspended him for all away games for teams in his division and one game at the end of the year. ...I don't think so, rick. I mean he's already lost the appeal and I'd be surprised if a judge finds grounds for overturning it. I would think that a judge would either decide to uphold the NFL's suspension or decide there should be no suspension at all...and I just don't think that will happen. And after suing the NFL I think Brady can just about forget about the Commish reducing the penalty now for sure. ...for the most part, the court system has been hesitant to get involved with stuff like this. Pro sports have pretty much been allowed to govern themselves without outside intervention.
