Given that Reese is a moron who never drafts LB's and he and his owners can't get away from the stupid mentality of draft the best player available when they have positions with zero talent on their roster, I suspect they will do the following.

Bring back Ayers who is friends with Malik Jackson. Sign Jackson. Especially since Bromley was yet another, dumb reach for the Giants and sucks. Sign Osemele at guard. The Giants can't run block for crap yet. They are getting better with Pugh, Richburg and Flowers but they need another piece. Sign Bruce Irvin. The Giants are dense on LB's. They have this stupid mentality that their LB's need to be 6'3 or over and don't value speed which is why their LB's suck. They will sign Irvin which I wouldn't do. They also want their DE's 6'5 or above which is why I think they will sign Mario Williams for the right price. Sign either Iloka or Gipson at safety.

Then moron Reese can do his stupid best player available crap. My guess is the moron will take a WR. Hopefully it will be a LB or DE

Got absolutely nothing right. Signed a fat slob from the Jets at DT and a talented CB from the Rams. Gave JPP an absurd amount of money. I would have easily passed.

A huge run stopper to plug into the middle of the line. Why would the Giants need that? Vernon is a great signing as well. They needed to rebuild the D-Line and that's what they're doing. I don't see what there's to complain about.

Never disliked Prince but he simply can never stay healthy which obviously limits any impact he can possibly have on defense.

The draft is insanely deep in DT's and DE's. Light on safeties. Top heavy with LB's. I have no issue with getting Vernon. Paying JPP that was moronic. The CB move was great. Prince never plays. They would have been much better off getting Gipson and 2 LB's who actually stay healthy instead of spending that money on JPP and Harrison. Use the first rounder to draft a DT or DE and maybe the second as well. Reese once again is proving to be a moron and is making the same mistakes. Getting no LB's worth crap and no safeties.

So, where are the DBs and LBs? And please,
do not tell me Robinson from Redskins is an
answer for this sorry group. He's just a body
who cannot stop the run......Reese, you are
    useless.......keep spending the money on
    players you already have!

They still have a good amount of money to spend and players they can target. They spent a lot of money already in an attempt to rebuild what was a putrid defense. I'd like to wait and see what happens before going off the rails complaining about what's not the finished product.

Ayers just signed in Tampa for 3 years and 21 million. I would've thought 7 million would've been a reasonable deal to being him back at and have some nice veteran depth at the position. Especially for a guy who was already here and knows the system. I guess they have other plans.

I think it's pretty clear that Reese has no plan. His plan every year is draft offense when he has a high pick. That's great to get OBJ and Flowers. It also leaves you with the garbage defense they have had the past few years. Forget the fact that Reese doesn't understand the concept that a football team has LB's and safeties on the roster.

Ayers was their best DE; they should have signed him.
They lost him cheap. Another reason why Reese is
    lost.

I think Reese and Spags are very high on Odighizuwa but he got hurt last year. So, I figure they will have JPP, Vernon and him as their top 3. I also think they like Winn even though he didn't have any sacks. He was really good against the run. Maybe he can figure out how to get some pass rush. Giants still have crap for safeties on the roster. I have no idea once again what the heck Reese is doing.

Just read on Giant board the new plan for
obtaining safeties is the same as the old plan......
    :banghead2:...........What a jackass comment. OMG,
with all the options to improve your team,
    this organization shows no creativity.

Reese is probably so stupid he's saying, " Berhe, Jackson and Thompson are all guys we drafted and like a lot but unfortunately they all got hurt for the season. We are looking for those guys to come back and be good players for us."

    Textbook moron, Jerry Reese.
