Yeah, I agree. I think the Blazers, T'Wolves and Jazz are too close to call. Probably will be decided by health more than talent.

What did the Pelicans do? They lost Eric Gordon and Ryan Anderson.

Me. I said something about the Pelicans because other people were talking about the Jazz and TWolves.

What do the Pelicans have to do with the Jazz, TWolves and us? Not in our division if that is what you were thinking.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
I think the Jazz and Blazers will vie for the conference title. As things stand right now, it seems to be a very close battle.

I think Minnesota will be in the mix for the eighth seed, but they still have big holes in their team, Rubio still can't shoot or finish at the hoop, which allows defenders to play off him and in his passing lanes (he's a passing genius, so he's still effective, but sometimes it can cause their attack to grind to a halt) and while Thibodeau is a great defensive coach, he still only has two playable defensive pluses (Towns and Rubio) with defensive potential in Wiggins and Dieng. I think they'll struggle too much to be in the mix for the top of the conference.

I think that both Utah and Minnesota will be better than the Blazers. Turner is a nice addition but I'm not that impressed at our offseason moves so far. Still need to find that dominant big. Let's see if Neil can bring it home & WOW us!

Even the Nuggets won't be bad and actually could be surprisingly good. Jokic is a budding star (had the best RPM of any center!) and remember, they drafted Murray who could be a ROY candidate. Our division should be a dogfight. No patsies.

Because I think we're still looking at being somewhere between 5th and 8th. The west continues to improve. The Pelicans are another one of those teams on the bubble.

Correct....Pelicans got worse. Most of us were commenting about the NW Division. Blazers, Jazz, Thunder, T'Wolves and Nuggets.

We were 15 games better than the T'Wolves last year. How exactly do they catch up with us? They still can't shoot.

The Jazz got a washed up Joe Johnson and Boris Diaw to go along with an average PG in George Hill.. Names don't equal success.

Denver will be better, but they only added Murray, who fills a need but they still won't be a good shooting team either.

Thunder will battle with the Jazz for the 6th seed. We will battle for the 3rd seed with the Clippers, who got worse with the loss of Jeff Green and the continued decline of Paul Pierce.

Lol a 32-50 team who replaced Gordon and Anderson with Solomon Hill and E'Twaun more will compete with us for a playoff spot? Lol.

I know they were hurt last year but they downgraded their roster. They won't get more than 35 wins.

Yeah sorry, I just don't see it at all. Like Joe Johnson and Boris are going to suddenly vault them into the playoffs? If our offseason was acquiring those two guys people would be shitting their pants in a fit of meh. I actually think they are worse than last year if they are playing those guys starter minutes. But what the fuck do I know.

Did I say that? I said they're on the bubble. They had a lot of injuries last year.

You're forgetting George Hill, who is their most important acquisition.

Thibs. Do not underestimate how great a coach he is.

He will make solid defenders out of anyone.
