    TBQH this is shocking if true. Silva had one of the most important/difficult jobs in the company.

    Think of how difficult it must be to make an NBA schedule. And those games are static. Once they're booked their booked.

    Silva and his team have so much to consider. Everything is fluid.

    How many fights left on the guy's contract
    Health/injury status
    Time since last bout
    Coordinating fights so teammates can train together and fight on the same card
    Rankings
    Fighters saying no/demanding specific opponents
    Travel
    etc.

    Supposedly Silva got a nice payout when the UFC was sold. We might see him working again but probably not soon...
