The PK80-Phil Knight Invitational is set to take place in Portland, Ore. at the start of the 2017-18 men’s college basketball season. Per the official website (http://pkinvitational.com/), the tournament will run from Nov. 23-26. The games will be played at the Rose Quarter’s Moda Center and Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
