    GSP ruled out. Cormier/AJ 2 is the official main event.

    DFW sounding like a fucking ass, as usual. Who the fuck are you to question the mentality of a GOAT?

    These are some of the most hardball negotiating tactics I've seen from the UFC.

    “‘GSP’s’ not fighting in Toronto,” White told “Jay and Dan” on FS1 this week. “I don’t think he does (fight again). There’s a certain mentality you have to have to be a fighter, and Georges St-Pierre hasn’t had that mentality for a long time. And sometimes that’s not a bad thing. Listen, the guy went out on top. How many athletes really go out on top? Go out the way you want to go out? The guy made a lot of money and when you take – this isn’t a sport you take a three-year layoff from.”

    Apparently DC is pretty bummed that GSP isn't going to be on the card. I would be too if it meant I was getting a million dollars or so less from PPV shares.

    Still needs two or three good fights for the PPV undercard.

    Mousasi is trying to convince the UFC to book him vs. Anderson Silva at this event.

    With the top four guys booked the fight makes a lot of sense. Except, incredibly, you could make the case that Silva (0-4-1 in his last five) doesn't deserve it.

    UFC 187 (DC/Rumble 1) had Weidman/Belfort, Cerrone, Arlovski/Browne on the undercard and still only sold 375k PPVs.

    The UFC needs to work fast to get GSP onto this one or at least add two or three good undercard bouts. This is starting to look bleak for fans in Toronto who have been waiting years for the UFC to come back.

    Ringside seats for this event are going for $400. Whoever they decide to add is only going to help the PPV. They are losing out on gate.

    For the record I think $400 might get you a nosebleed for 205.

    Sign the papers! he says. What papers? Bisping, you haven't signed anything. You said yourself it is a verbal agreement, shitbrick. There is no bout agreement for anyone to sign.

    I can't tell if Bisping is trying to goad GSP into a fight or if he is being a company man trying to frame GSP's contract negotiations as an unwillingness to fight.

    Either way I don't like the idea of a GSP/Bisping fight in the first place. Bisping has plenty of contenders to deal with and GSP is likely going to return as a welterweight.
