Blazers very active. Look for a couple deals before the deadline. Or hearing about ones that fell apart afterwards.

Want to make playoffs. They believe the odds are so small in landing a top 3 pick that the difference between 10-15 is nothing.

Don't be surprised if they add another inside big.

Teams love Harkless, but so does Portland.

Aminu attractive to playoff teams. Boston has inquired, among others.

All of this would be great! But hands-off Harkless.

Thanks MM. Won't question the sources since there is no point.

For the sake of argument, what do you think Boston would trade for Aminu? Is it just because Aminu has killed them the last few times he played?

Nothing from the Knicks interest me for Crabbe. I would imagine they are offering Noah. Blegh. For Toronto, maybe Patrick Patterson and filler? Not sure that gets us anywhere really except to dump Crabbe's contract.

I enjoyed clicking on this! I believe the whispers to be true, but I don't care if they are or not, just tell me lies sweet little lies.

Awesome, and thanks! Lots to dig at here:

Look for a couple deals before the deadline.

    Couple?

Don't be surprised if they add another inside big.

    Okafor? Noel? Noah? Bebe?

Teams love Harkless, but so does Portland.

Glad to hear, but he shouldn't be untouchable.

Aminu attractive to playoff teams. Boston has inquired, among others.

Don't they have an Aminu clone in Crowder? I want a first round pick from them for Rouq. Especially if they want to unload someone like Amir Johnson.

    Shopping Ezeli hard

Fine with it as long as we don't add assets.

Crabbe drawing interest from Knicks and Toronto

Surprising. Knicks going nowhere, and TOR just opened up room for Norm Powell. Going back to Bebe and Noah here. I'd unload AC for another pick/incentives.

Boo.... Now is the time to tank!

Crabbe for Lee + O'Quinn works
Not sure I see anything that works salary wise with Toronto.

No difference between 10 and 15? That's the difference between picking McCollum and some scrub.

We're also just as close to the 6th pick as we are a deathmatch with the Warriors.

There is no way in hell anyone would trade FOR Joakim Noah, I'd ask for Olsheys head if he did that. Worst contract in the league.

Because there's a McCollum at 10 in every draft.

AC for Noah and their pick? No way should Jackson do that, but I'm saying that's what it would take for them to unload Joakim.

    I would do that.

I've seen a little chatter in other forums and from some of the media guys briefly discuss the same things when talking about Portland, so nothing earth-shattering here but I haven't seen much mention in recent days so I'm hoping we're still being active (and believe we are).

Well in CJ's draft, I'd rather have had the guy picked 15th instead of CJ, much as it pains me to say.
