His ego was no doubt what got him the career in the first place.

HOU 142 - 130 over MIN in regulation. HOU had 8 players in double figures. 22-58 on 3-pointers.

I think I saw more defense being played in the all star game.

Had he been there, Dame may have been defensive player of the game last night in that Houston game.

This, for sure. Trade was good for both teams. I'd go so far as to say it was good for both players. Plums is more suited to be a backup and Denver is a good fit for him.

I wanted Deron over that dirty nut punching bitch CP in the draft. We got neither. :(

He was great in Utah. Every time I watched him play it was salt in the wound.

I can't stand Deron Williams...he basically flipped off Jerry Sloan after Sloan made him a star...then got fat...blew off the lockout season signing overseas..got a huge payday from the Nets and turned into Raymond Felton...his ego didn't help his game at all sans Utah. I hate seeing a guy like him go fishing for a ring on Lebron's coattails

Yeah his seemingly rapid downfall really surprised me. At this point I'm surprised he's still in the league.

Have not seen their games but the box scores have been interesting. AD is averaging 35 ppg and 12, Cousins is filling up the stats sheets too averaging 14.5 boards, 5.5 assists, 4 steals, 20 ppg. (although he had 7 turnovers last night. But like with Nurk, the turnovers should not be a concern unless they are running the offense though Boogie the majority of the time. We know he can pass but imo the ball needs to be in the guards hands more. They clearly need to address the bench next year.

Boogie and AD have played great together, everyone else on the team has SUCKED. They do run the offense pretty much through either AD or Cousins but the guards have no idea how to move without the ball and can't hit a shot when it gets passed out of them. Also defensively no one knows what the hell they are doing and they get lost all the time, there D looks worse then ours save AD makes just some amazing D plays now and then.

The sad thing is that even if he had been Glen Rice, he still wouldn't have been close to the value of Chris Paul.

This is getting ridiculous. Teams like Golden State and Cleveland just need to have a core of about 5 players, fill the rest of the roster with D-Leaguers, and then release all of them about this time of year and pick up all the vets that are bought out.

Sad thing is, if we bought out/released Meyers, nobody would pick him up.
