I think we should roll the dice with Giles if he's there with our 2nd or 3rd pick to pair up with Nurk, it sounds like he has the potential to be pretty good if his knees don't explode.

I think that's why we have 3 picks, assuming we don't trade any of them one should be used as a flier like that. He's at least more exciting than the 2 later guys Draftexpress has us taking: Donovan Mitchell (who?) and TJ Leaf. Although also in that DE mock they have Ivan Rabb in-between our last two picks and I'd take him over Giles.

a flier? don't have that luxury with out cap situation, if we don't consolidate picks and use two if them to move up then we have to use one of them to get rid of a contract like Meyers Lemon or one of the other overpaid dregs

That certainly came out of nowhere.

PJ shoots up to #1 on my power rankings for the Cleveland pick.

This kid, man. Once he shoots with a bit more consistency...watch out. SG version of George Hill.

i like the idea of trading 20, 27, and crabbe for kings 1st pick and use that pick on jonathan isaac then use the 15th pick on patton, hartenstein, or kennard

Low risk, high reward -- especially late in the first round or in the second round.

Outside of Jimmy Butler, the Bulls have been horrendous drafters lately so I'm not sure this is the best example to use for not trading up in this draft.

If our pick plus the cle pick gets us in position to draft Zach Collins, you do it imo.

We need to go big. This series is making it clear that you aren't a contender with tweeners starting at PF/C - unless they're uber cerebral like Draymond.

    Zach.

    Collins.

We're literally missing our starter, and his backup. Yeah we could upgrade Davis, but we are still in a position to draft BPA.

We'd be set if were to come out of this draft with Zach Collins and OG.

OG in particular would be huge in this series. OG's defensive IQ and size -- he's an archetype for the modern NBA defender.

He's a jumpshot away from being a really intriguing prospect - he'd go in the 13-17 range if he did.

And I don't even think it's that bad. His misses are rarely left or right, it's just his release point/timing that gets out of whack at times.

His stats and knee will cause him to get overlooked by a lot of teams, but there is no way he falls past the Spurs at 29. He's exactly the type prospect they look for.

Jeanne has ridiculous wing-span and a ridiculous agent.....same clown that Batum had during the T-Wolves negotiations.
