    Paul couldn't win with a superior team in LA. I don't think adding Harden and subtracting Blake and Jordan will make a huge difference.

    Didnt Houston sell off all their assets to the clippers? No one wants Ryan Anderson. Dont want to trade Gordon or Capela. That's the end of their bid. They have nothing else.

    If we do get Melo then it up to Stotts to get a offense that works. Really I think all 4 key players all they want to do is to win.

    I actually don't care too much one way or another if we get Melo.

    What I do love is how pissy and salty Rockets fans over the internet are getting. It's quite entertaining.

    I seriously doubt Carmelo will waive his ntc to come here. I think he would to the Cleveland Cavs. The player some of you are clamoring for, Ryan Anderson. Why not target the upgraded version in Kevin Love in a three way deal?

    I'm ok with a move for Carmelo. As Blazer Roy stated above, it makes things interesting. With enough injuries to one or two teams. Who knows what could happen. He makes the Blazers better from a talent standpoint. I think they need to focus and fine tune what they do on the court in Stotts system if they have any desire to go far. Warriors have talent. But they have perfected what they do. They are a machine.

    as long as it doesnt damage Nurk offensive game, I say go for it
    cause Nurk has an high upside and he already showed what he can do on offense

    I like Carmelo, hes one of my favorite NBA players, but my point is that if you have All-Star potential player, you let him become All-Star, you dont bring someone who would fuck him up, if thats the case

    when you put it that way, I have no problem with it

    but if Dame, CJ & Carmelo would demand certain number of shot attempts, then Im all against it

    Any success with Melo starts with him playing like he does for team USA....you get that we're a much improved starting core...need to pair him with Aminu or Turner so there's a defender on the floor when he's playing

    I don't care one way or another for Melo, and have always felt he was overrated.

    That being said, I wouldn't mind the star power he brings. It'd put Portland in a new light and perhaps eventually other names might not balk at the thought of Portland.
