I mess around with making instrumentals for fun. I have been trying to create a track that would sound good as background music during Blazer intros. I'm not working with the highest quality sounds here, and I don't like the snare. Everything else I think sounds pretty good. But I decided to composite what I have with Blazer intros from a couple years ago. I added reverb to my track to try to make it sound like it was being played in the arena. Didn't work too well. Let me what you guys think: https://soundcloud.com/torey-jones-1/blazer-intro-composite
Wait, there's a snare? It sounded like a hi-hat with a phaser effect. You can get some free hi quality drum samples on the net. I like Samples From Mars https://samplesfrommars.com/products/free-101-drums-from-mars
Some years ago, I was watching a presentation about something and they used as that as the opening music and someone nearby said, "And starting at guard, number 23...!" Yeah, it's pretty inextricably linked with those Bulls.
Mrs @HCP always plays that when I come over. "And starring next in the bedroom, customer number 23.... Sly...Poker...DOG!"
She told me she plays the Benny Hill music cuz you chase her around and pat her on the head when you catch her.
Personally, I love the "Tell me when to go" - E40 background music we currently use. Nice little shout out to the yay area that I'm sure Dame appreciates.
The tempo for that first 20 second Meyers intro was in perfect synch with Meyers 3 pt shot release.....only you wouldn't be able to introduce Chief until about 6 times that long..!
