This one should be a real riot. Like I have faith in Biggie to face one of the best pitchers in Baseball.

Given the pitching match up one could say auto loss but strange things have been known to happen in baseball. Don't worry though, if Biggie falters they'll send in Kahnle & Chapman to save the day.

Greg Bird gives Yankees reason to dream with 2 home runs (VIDEOS)

As first baseman Greg Bird (right ankle surgery) was preparing to play his third minor-league rehab game with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Friday, Girardi didn’t rule out the 24-year-old getting back before the end of the four-game series in Detroit that starts Monday.

Please joe go on vacation a few weeks and let Pena manage. Bullpen moves, judge still batting fucking third while the Red hot Sanchez hits 5th, and for now ellsbury who has been hot lately should be dhing. I'm hoping at end of season the binder has had enough and goes back to Chicago.

I've supported Girardi since day one 2008 always figured he knows his team better than anyone. Yep there are moves I've questioned but for the most part I thinks he's done well. A while back I posted and still believe that as long as Hal Steinbrenner and Cashman run this team we will not experience a team that will be a winner. There is an old ale that some people "treat kindness for stupidity" and in Girardis case I think this is applicable. No doubt he backs his players even after they fuck up time after time. Every once in a while some need to get their ass jacked up and benched for non performance. This to me is where Girardi has come up short. Cashman is supposed to supply the bodies with Girardi giving direction but the employees more often than not have failed. I think if I were Girardi in my last year of contract would sing "Take This Job & Shove It'. The man has four championship rings, plenty of money I'd guess so why put up with the bullshit, Unless the Yankees can recoil, take this series and move positive there is no chance for the division. Wild Card, bullshit, that is a consolation prize, perhaps one and done. This team that looked so right now looks so wrong . When a player is sent to do a job and fails it's not Girardis fault it's on the employees. You want a better product, get better ownership and a GM.
