When I play for realsies, I generally like to sit solo v. dealer and play multiple hands. I do the changing up of # of hands, bet sizes and seeing multiple hands at the table when I split/double If you're sliding the (dynamic) odds into your favor, it's more profitable to play more hands per hour.
When I play double-deck solo, I usually don't have a problem moving between 1 and 3 hands, depending on how the deck's running. I've yet to find a single-deck game that lets me play more than two, or that lets me bump up except during shuffles. Probably for the best. That shit would get me run.
Ha! It is sort of a hoot and work at the same time. Years ago, when I had teenagers, we and three other families when up to North Shore for a couple weeks over Christmas. Everyone but me was a skier, so they went skiing everyday and I did about 6 hours a day at the 21 table. Only been at it a couple times since.
Perhaps, I seem to like 21. It was an expensive trip, but I managed to make a good profit. Not sure I should go back and change it.
Went on a cruise yesterday, lake is beautiful. Rode 4 wheelers up the Rubicon trail today. My wife's first time on one and she did awesome.
The 570 Polaris. They leave them in high gear but I switched mine to low and was doing half wheelies over rocks It is made for 2 people...or me.
There's also a cool little place there where you can hike in about a mile or so and get to a lake. I think it might be the Angora Lake, but it was a long time ago. Maybe not a great place to visit if there is a "blizzard"
It is actually snowing pretty good. Planning to leave tomorrow. Might have to leave later in the day than I'd planned. Just walked down from the gym at the building above us. Cold and slippery.
