    I mean, it’s such an obviously staged publicity stunt, playing to the dipshit “Murcia!” types, and on the taxpayers dime, while completely ignoring the actual problem... it is just completely pathetic and indefensible really.

    The dog whistles from our executive branch to the casual and overt racists in their base are just disheartening. That people eat it up so eagerly is a pretty good indicator of exactly how fucked up black people really are still treated in this country.

    No there wasn't. They were playing the 9ers. Where this all started. Kaep still has friends on that team that believe in him and his position. Zero chance the entire team would stand.

    Some of the teams knelt before the anthem and stood during. There's no way of knowing what the players talked about among themselves.

    Isn't it a player who is claiming Pence's action was pre-staged?

    Pence is from Indiana and went to a Colts game. He's a fan, and likely has been for years.
