Hayes has played well the past couple of games. Miller and Kreider still useless so far (despite Kreider's goal). And Vesey finally does something also. 4 of 6 possible points the past 3 games. Maybe we can get a little something going with SJ and then winless Zona in next.
Win vs. San Jose, beat up the crappy Yotes. One below .500. Let us hope. Miller had his head up his ass a couple of times this game but he's still producing offensively. Maybe the dumb bastards in our fan base will finally realize how valuable Fast is. Won because hank did not suck. I only watched the third period and saw the same breakdowns all over and timid play in the offensive zone. They really do need a coaching change.
Hank usually sucks because the system AV plays is built for a 25 year old goalie that can stand on his head each night and steal games consistently. The moron hasn't adjusted to the fact that Hank is 35
Good win but the end of that game was a little bothersome with the failure to get the puck out much. Have to think part of it was nerves about finally getting 2pts so maybe they can breathe out and move ahead.
Early for a huge game in the season but that is what the Sharks game is with the Yotes coming up next. Rangers might have a good chance to get to 4-5-2 if they get the Sharks game. Then they have Montreal and Vegas after that. I don't think Montreal matches up well with the Rangers. Hopefully they can get 3 out of the next 4.
Hard to call out Miller (except on this board) when he has 8 points in 9 games and is +2. Meanwhile Zucc is -10, Zbad -8 and 1 point Nash a -6.
