I can't wait for Okafor to haunt Colangelo 4 times a season. What a disaster.

Funny that despite having zero own picks in ages Nets have ended up with no. 2 and no. 3 picks from one of the best draft classes in recent times.

It's a good trade for Sixers IMO. They wanted rid of Okafor badly, Stauskas had zero value to them and hardly played and they were going to sell that 2nd round pick for money anyway. This way instead of two players who would not get any minutes and a pick they were going to sell they got a good player who will help them make playoffs.

Russell is a good player, even now, and will get better in the future. I think they did very well to acquire him basically just for taking on Mozgov's deal (although the true masterstroke was getting two Raptors picks for absorbing Carroll's deal when Carroll is actually good).

Okafor I don't know. He hasn't played for a long time, maybe he has improved or will start playing defense. He can definitely score at the rim, two years ago many had him as no. 1 pick favourite.

Thunder lost to the Nets tonight.
    100-95.
Thunder put up 16 points in the 4th quarter to the Nets 26.

Guess the Nets aren't just a walkover like many think they are.

The Nets front office is amazing.
They came into the shittiest situation in the league and still managed to put an interesting team together.
