which to me is a clear sign that this fan base has completely lost interest in this team and faith in the coach and GM. It's hard to argue that they are wrong.

There is no change. I watch every single game and don't miss a period, so I am still interested and have this false hope that they will turn it around.

AV refuses to get Avery type of player to wake them up. AV is not adjusting to the lack of talent, he is playing his stupid system that no longer works. I watched Sean Avery's interview on SNY and he said it best. He said, "I wanted to go dress up and just start something to give some life to the team as everyone have no energy". Lundqvist is the only one who still has fire. AV has to go.

I think were all here dump but its tiring watching this gum chewing fuck do the same thing over and over. The defense as it has for years totally blows, The man to man defense he insists on playing despite his personnel sucks ass. No one seems to be allowed to hit anyone on the opposing team and outside of smith on occasion no one stands up for their teammates. I don't know what the hell gorton is waiting for to bring graves up here already. The offense and the ice time given out is terrible. One of our best offensive players buch continues to get 4th line mi notes from out asshole behind the bench. Hank has turned back time which is the only reason this team is even sniffing a playoff spot. Gorton needs to get on the phone and get a head start on the rest of the league trading guys like nash, Grabner and mcdonagh for starters along with most anyone else other teams might want. Needs to fire AV and forget ruff go het sheldon keefe to be this teams new coach. I watch a lot of the games but this team is a mediocre bunch heading to nowheresville. As for andersson and chytil I hope they stay right where they are and don't get mishandles by AV. Let them stay in the ahl until we get a new coach in here

Perfectly said mrmel. He's turned into another Torts. Too stupid to change his ways.

Simply put, the team is boring. How did I go from watching 82 games for 12 seasons to 20 last year and this year... because the games are so fucking boring. The team is very soft and passive. Watching the 2011-2012 and 2013-2014 teams was exciting. It’s not just the Rangers it’s the whole league that is boring. It’s a bunch of soft college kids that peak around 5”10 that skate around doing nothing. The league is obsessed with 22 year old kids who are soft as hell. Once a guy hits 30 nobody wants him. This whole fast skating quick puck moving game is boring. I’d rather take the teams filled with 4th line goons over this pussy shit any day

4 goals on 8 shots....i hate to be that guy because I didn't see a single goal (playing Overwatch instead) but for fuck's sake. Both motherfuckers gave up a goal on the first shot they faced (Lundy and Pavelic), WTF. And a shorthanded goal at that. Pathetic. Glad this is a west coast game so I can go to sleep instead of watch any more of it.

Nash is scorching hot right now. Thank God. He's upping his trade value a lot. Maybe they can get something really good for him now to a top contender.

Yeah, i heard Dreger reported that there's alot of interest starting to build in both Nash and Grabner. Not really surprising but Gorton better take advantage if that's the route they choose to go.

I would expect Nash to bring back a late 1st and a good prospect. Grabner a late first and maybe a role player prospect.

Can't blame Lundqvist. He has carried this bunch for most of the season. He had a terrible game for sure but come on. Not too much to add as it has already been said. They don't defend or hit nearly enough. Also, tired of watching guys pass up shots constantly. Give me a shot monsters like Ovi any day over nonsense like that.

Moves were needed but a lot of heart and soul left with the departures of guys like Stepan and Girardi. This team is in desperate need of a true leader and offensive face of the franchise. Unfortunately, Mark Messier isn't walking through that door. Look at the cup winners. Over achieving teams will only get so far and not get over the hump. They had some great years and great runs. At this point it's clear that this group is a backend playoff team at best but more than likely headed to the fringes.

Until then I await the summer of Judge, Stanton and Sanchez.

Stepan wasn't a heart and soul player. Fast is. Zucc is. Stepan was a lazy dog. He didn't do jack shit after he got paid but suck.

You can only write the same post so many times about the defense and lackluster play A shitty 6 points after the first 10 games to start the season should have created a sense of urgency but it seems as if the Rangers figure they'll make a stretch run to sneak into postseason play. McDonough has been a terrible Captain, the lack of heart and soul on the team reflects it with each lackluster start but I think AV is the primary reason our defense sucks. He won't tolerate physical play and is clueless about adjusting when an opponent forechecks effectively. If you're playing AV all you need to do is gain the Rangers zone and move the puck to a corner or behind the net. Wait for both defensemen to abandon the front of the goal to chase the puck they'll never catch then pass to a teammate cruising unmolested through the slot for a high quality chance. Stepan had to go, he's hardly tearing it up in Arizona and was a useless softie in the playoffs. Staal should have been dumped instead of Girardi. That being said Zucc is the team's leading scorer with 35 points which ties him for 66th in the NHL in scoring. They have been a tough watch this year, aside from Hank. 53 points with 33 games left, figure they need mid 90's points to get in. Next 4 against Toronto, Nashville, Dallas, Boston...

Yep Dump - I’ve totally lost interest at least for now. Will pick up more on hockey in 2H but hopefully Rangers do mini sell off.
