Whoops, my bad. In that case, it's probably because Sacramento just built a new arena or something.

I am going to list your doghouse in the S2 backyard in the Craiglist Free section. Bet I get some crazies who actually offer me money for it!

The financial penalty for moving the Blazers is a joke now. If you can afford a billion to buy the team you can afford the $20 mill to move it.

I heard a rumor that Elon Musk was going to buy the Blazers and relocate them to Mars.

Well we all know the value of the Bucks was driven up by the thought of Laverne and Shirley being in the same city working for Shotz Brewery.

Some like to dog on Sterling as an old senile dude. Everyone guffawed when he said
that $2Billion was a bargain for the Clips, but he was right. Balmer's made a cool $150 million already
on the Clips based on their franchise value alone.

7.5%? Yeah, that's an okay return on investment. Not great though. Shoulda bought bitcoin instead...

Edit: And actually, how long has Balmer owned the team now? Divide that 7.5% by that many years, and his return is looking mighty slim...

Nope, Vegas. They'll move the gigafactory to the top of the new Raider's stadium and build the Blazers arena on top of that.

We will fly in free agents on rockets.

Add in the profits/dividends though, and you may have something better than that. :dunno: And that's for the 2nd-best team in a market, that doesn't have jack for national or global exposure. especially with CP3 and now Blake gone.

That ignores the 50% BRI minus expenses. You're also assuming it was worth $2B when
    he bought it, it wasn't.

How exactly could the Spurs not be in the top 10?
