A lot of the gun grabbers use the arguement against a government take over with "our boys wouldnt attack their own." And im inclined to agree i have many friends and family who serve or served and all of them would turn the guns around. However, what you arent thinking about is the long game. Simply send all our boys overseas. Create a little skirmish, give them a reason to want to fight. Now fill up on UN troops domestically. Who is more likely to take over "for our protection?" Our boys, or some europeans who grew up thinking americans are fat and arrogant? You want to know why i want every real american to arm themselves? Train? Take care of themselves and their physical health? Learn survival skills? Because i think it's close and i want people on my side. Just about every vet i know has a bug out plan. Why? They see it comming. For me its not about preserving my life. Om going to heaven, i could careless when i die. What im worried about is preserving the america i love and the helpless people who are being brainwashed into giving up our freedoms for perceived security and are going to be caught off guard. Im practicing what i preach. Ive lost 24lbs since janurary. Practicing shelter building with the family. I dont tell them its because we may need the skills soon. I tell them its fun to learn. Might not have beeb in the armed services. But ive seen lots of hand to hand combat and been hit by pepper spray more times than i can count. Never been shot at... yet, but its certainly a possibility in my line of work
