I will reconsider based on new info. If I promise to do something I will. I still wouldn't vote for Hillary but it didn't matter for me anyway. She won Nevada.
There was a guy working at Tektronix when I was there who had a low paying job and invited some of us to a going away party. I accepted. Later, I got hired into a new engineering group and my new boss invited some of us over for a backyard barbecue. I had to decline the offer of my new boss. My family is all from the deep South where a man's handshake is his bond. I'm not a Conservative like those folks nor do I call African-Americans the 'N' word, but I do believe in some of the best cultural traditions and keeping your word is certainly one of them. Yes, if you've made a grave error, you'll have to change but it must be grave and it must seldom, if ever, happen.
My wife gets old mini refrigerators for me when they get old and they replace them at her stores. They're crusty looking but fine for a bodyshop. I'd told a friend that when I got a newer one he could have my old one. Six months later the guy hates my guts and won't tell anyone why. I have no idea. Anyway, a few months after that I get a newer one and I still give him my old one. He said "you're still giving it to me?" I said "yes, I told you I would"
Bolton also claimed, falsely, that Cuba had biological weapons (they don't) and the US should preemptively attack Cuba. Because you know the Bay of Pigs went so well. Bolton was acting US Ambassador to the UN under Bush 2. He was a recess appointment because he could not get Senate confirmation. Not only did he oppose the concept of the UN, his behavior and temperament were considered unacceptable. A woman from another agency testified she had tried to talk to him about an issue, he physically threatened her, when she left the room he chased her down the corridor throwing things at her until she locked herself in her hotel room, whereupon he stood outsider berating her. For weeks afterwards he constantly attacked her with personal and sexual insults. Sounds like a Trump guy all right. And apparently Mattis is on the way out. I did not politically agree with him, but I had some respect for him as someone who quietly tried to do his job in a normal fashion. That is unacceptable to Trump. All those generals he wanted to surround himself with, because like the little boy he his, he thought a general was cool. Then he learned at least some of them take their work seriously (except the traitor Flynn).
>I have that bad feeling that he will trigger our fearless leader into cataclysmic motion that can't be stopped.
