    9th + Zebanijad for 4th overall?

For 1st overall, it is a no brainer, what about 2nd? 3rd?

Interesting, i think i would do that. Then sign Stastny maybe for a few years. Zib is solid and still relatively young but i think you could work around losing him in a semi-full rebuild.

Depends who is available at 4? Zib is a pretty good player to lose without a particular target in mind.

He’s a good center and only 25. They have enough picks. Can’t be a team of 18 year olds skating around

Too much of a quality player in Z who just had a solid world's performance and at 25 he's hitting his prime. I agree with ktime, send Lentyaynevich packing instead. The question is who is Gorton trading for? Dahlin is only 17 but considered to be a slam dunk, Svechnikov is an 18 yr old Russian RW, Tkachuk seems logical but do you need the #1 to get him?

HF Rangers board is notorious for blowing Russian prospects and players. Buchnevich is freakin lazy and he's soft. Yet, because he's young and cheap he would be desired by teams who will roll the dice on him. I would dump him in a second to get a chance at Tkachuk or Whalstrom. Exactly the type of prospect Gorton has been acquiring or drafted.
