The Blazers are doing nothing to get Dame and CJ help. Zack Collins has potential but he's going to complete the big 4? I wouldn't be surprised if Dame requests a trade next year.

Just getting into the top 8 for the right to be monkey stomped by the Warriors is going to be hard as hell.

    Warriors
    Rockets
    Utah
    OKC
    New Orleans
    Minnesota
    Lakers
    Nuggets

Those teams are all legit and could make a run. The Spurs are on the bubble depending on what happens with Kawhi. Phoenix has a ton of young talent, so they could click and take off. It's hard to say. The Clips lost Jordan for nothing. Not sure what's going to happen with them.

I think the west is going to be a dogfight.

The proverbial window for Mr. Lillard, for one. Olshey has been here for-fucking-ever and we have plateaued and are now dipping when compared with our contemporaries, for another...

I think this is the biggest question about Olshey’s plan for the off-season. Is he really trying to get more competitive for next season, or is he trying to position the team to make the jump next year. His moves to get a bunch of young guards with low cost and high potential upside would seem to me to be more consistent with a longer term view. If some of these guys pan out they may make CJ truly expendable next year, after he’s had another season to, hopefully, increase his trade value.

    Yeah, no kidding. Like what?

    They both play defense.

I believe Wade to be the better facilitator (Turner had so many STUPID turnovers last year, usually in bunches, giving the other team easy baskets and letting them go on a run, that I almost gave myself a concussion on more than one occasion).

Wade can improve his outside stroke, but I still have exponentially more confidence in his shot than Turner's.

Turner has that post up turnaround. Which I don't even like. I have no reason to think Wade couldn't make that shot too. If he wanted to. Which he probably doesn't, since he has other, better, ways of scoring, or actually passing to a teammate instead of being a black hole.

I guess Turner is probably a better rebounder, and can play Small Forward.

    Anything else?

I don't usually "fix" other people's post, but isn't this what you meant to say, Mr. Nattering Naboob of Negativity?

Like I have been saying... Neil is a used car salesman/con artist... yet another lie. Does this guy ever stop moving the goal post??? And then he gets mad at fans for having expectations!

You forgot working his way into the low post by his bigger, stronger body.

I said I wouldn’t really beat this dead horse until the trade exception for Crabbe goes by. So I guess I won’t, I just hope that he uses it.

Horse carcasses leave a vile stench, an odor so disgusting one might describe it resembling that of Neil Olshey or as I call it, Mr. Nauseating Odor. It only stinks cause someone is stinking up the damn place.

One day left until the TPE expires. We're still sick and tired of Olshey, right?

This reminds me of the Raef LaFrentz expiring contract.
