Apparently some bad blood remains from last season’s Eastern Conference finals, when the Cavaliers prevailed on the Boston Celtics’ beloved parquet in Game 7. At least the Celtics’ Marcus Smart hasn’t gotten over it. A scuffle with Smart marked J.R. Smith’s preseason debut Saturday night as the Cavs cruised past the Celtics 113-102 at Quicken Loans Arena.
