You seen him run the floor man? The kid his a gazelle out there, but built like a Rhino. As far as Thomas Robinson goes, he was an athletic freak, but did not have the hoop skills this kid has in my opinion. He was running point half the game last night. He actually has great court vision out there.

Not comparing the two. Barrett looked amazing last night as well. Zion is a specimen we haven’t really seen before. Thats why I started this thread. You know there’s only 1 player in the NBA who weighs more than him according to a piece on ESPN last night. The Boban down in LA. Think about that.

It freaks me out at his size, the things he can do athletically. He can hop out of the gym. Duke is stacked

He shouldn't be. Zion is the best player on that team.

It’s literally a copy and paste from one of your posts complaining about people starting random threads. It was a joke, but not as funny now that I had to explain it.

It's a game of chicken. IMHO, you play your 5 best, and matchups be damned. Can he guard u lo tra quick wings, maybe not, but they can't guard him either. Who blinks first?

He played pg his whole life up until 9th grade. He played pg last night at times. He seemed to have great court vision and bball IQ in that game

His vision is good. Just not at LeBron’s level.

LeBron's vision is at HOF status.

You should only compare his vision to HOFers

His power and explosiveness, combined with a soft touch, is reminiscent of Larry Johnson and Blake Griffin. I don't see any way that ends up being an unsuccessful mix! Of course, both of those guys have had lots of injury setbacks, so that's a concerning parallel.

See that’s just it though. People shouldn’t start comparing him to the greatest of all time..... I’m just saying he’s DAMN special.

By the end of the NCAA regular season last year, I was so sick of hearing how "damn special" Trae Young was, (because of ESPN) I was about ready to puke. I can already tell that it's going to be the same way with Zion and it's only November.

It's crazy to have RJ ranked above Zion.

Shaq is the only comparison that fits Zion's bulk/explosiveness profile.

At the same age (Zion @ 6'7" 285lbs) -- Shaq was 290 lbs FWIW.

Shaq was well over 300 at times in his career.
