He was a nice player backing up PJ for the Hornets; I remember some of the wild threes that he made [IMG]

HAHA I started cracking up when I saw that they said VC might be the nbext MJ. Did anyone else notice that they also said Al Harrington might do better in the NBA than Kobe?

Keith Van Horn was a hell of a player in 1998. That wasn't a bad comparison for Dirk at all.

The only reason people compared Traylor to Chuck was because they were both on the chubby side.Olowkandi right now isn't even Adonal Foyle!

Awesome link Sunny. Everyone go down and read the articles on the bottom, those are just as fun to look at.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>International Select Team victory. Initially was thought headed to college (he visited Cal and Kentucky), but instead entered the draft; wavered the last few of weeks but did not withdraw his name</div> Wow, I never knew that about Dirk Nowitzki.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>University of Houston last fall but never signed his letter-of-intent because of the uncertainty surrounding the future of Cougars coach Alvin Brooks, who was eventually fired. Believed to be headed to Kansas if he had qualified academically, Lewis instead opted to turn pro.</div> Wow, I never knew that about Rashard Lewis.

great find.looking back, it just shows how wrong anyone can be about potential draft prospects.it also shows how few of these players pan out.only 2-3 at each posistion are actually doing or have done, much of anything in the league.so for certain 2-3 players in the top 12 (I'd say ten but this draft is deeper due to the rules change for HS ballers) are gonna be flops.
