Turner must really be dealing with the knee problem. Cannot see him missing a game in Boston just to take a night off?

They said he'd be off about this long. I can't recall exactly but I'm pretty sure his predicted return date would either be for the Toronto game (ESPN, NBCSNW) March 1, Friday or the Hornets game (NBC Sports Northwest) March 3, Sunday.

Let's be the final straw that makes Kyrie leave Boston. Let's add to their dysfunction! Go Blazers!

I understand that, but they really have to pull themselves together to change the troubles they are going through. This could be the game they finally gel and is a turning point in their season, or it could just be another L and continue the downfall...here's to hoping it's the later.

Raptors smacked em around last night. I don't like our timing on this game-- I think they'll be ultra hyped to right the ship.

Need a good shooting night from Dame.

I hope they're all hyped up and the Blazers beat them anyways and we can be the team breaking up other teams for once!

This could be a great time for Zack to rile up some of their players to get under their skin and see if they can keep it together..haha

Feel the same. We’ve gone into situations like this before. The keys is the “other guys” . We need good games from Layman, Mo and Kanter or Chief. Let’s see how they handle it.

For pure entertainment purposes it would be interesting to see how the Celtics would react to Nurk, Kanter and Collins going in the with the sole intent of riling them up. However, as a long time Blazer fan it feels like playing with fire.

Yeah, it could definitely back fire and be the reason Boston goes on a long winning streak and eventually makes it to the finals!

Rozier sucks and hurts the Celtics like Turner hurts us.

If the Blazers are really 'improved' after acquiring Hood/Kanter, this is a game that can be a litmus test. The Celtics are not playing well, have lost 3 games in a row, and are on the 2nd of a back-to-back after getting blown out last night versus the Raptors. I don't expect a win against Toronto on the road as they are playing and an elite level. However, a #5 seed that is going in the wrong direction and that played last night?

This is a chance to see if the Blazers have really made strides. A number of times the Blazers have lost to teams on winning streaks and it was rationalized as the 'other team was due', but this is the stretch run. If Portland is going to depart from the team they were the last two seasons, it is games like this against a good/struggling team that may give us an idea that this is different.
