It's exactly what you should do, if you want to reverse your overpayment. She should, too. If she doesn't, your amended return will trigger her being fined. I had similar problems with my mother. On the other hand, I was extremely close to my father but he died in a fishing accident on the Dechutes while I was away in combat. Thank God for my wife and my new relationship with my father's side of the family in Alabama. I've now contacted 17 cousins from that side of the family and my remaining three aunts. There is a lot of love coming from them and I need it and welcome it.

My kids are successful, intelligent, bright kids in spite of the damage their grand-ho brought upon them. Moving out here has brought out the best in them, and you’re aware of their intelligence, kindness, etc.
Didn't take his side. Hcp telling cippy he hopes he doesn't have kids because of his mentality deserves a punch in the ear. Cippy got banned. To me, anything cippy said after that point was fine. I'm not the one who is supposed to administer the rules. (Or let them slide on the rules and use an old agreement against them when they screw up) Someone else liked that post but I had to go back and look who it was because a regular poster liking it is perfectly acceptable to me. This is just like a cop "accidentally" smashing a murder suspect's head into the door of the cop car because the guy deserves it.
