Barr gave us his definition of spying "unauthorized surveillance". I don't believe any of the surveillance was unauthorized hence no spying.

I'm doing a few pages at a time, but it's already obviously biased yet fruitless in it's goal of damaging Trump's Presidency in any way. As expected by non-deranged people it exposed a completely corrupt Obama Administration and our Intelligence agencies spying on American citizens and working in concert with foreign governments and foreign spies rig the Presidential election to retain power, and when that failed used the Mueller Hoax to smear him and find evidence to impeach him, and failed again.
