Fuck the officials. They should suspend Jokic.

Not to run off on a tangent but is anybody sick of this Doris Burke experience on ESPN. I mean she reminds me of one of my managers that just spouts things that others put time and research into. She does not comment on game plays just the things she wants to say. CJ makes a great play but she can only comment on how Jokic has played 60 plus minutes. She rarely makes a comment on the play except for some lame esoteric story on what a player did last quarter or last game. I just think she’s trying too hard on the NBA slang and try to be pithy. Glad we’re on TNT so no chance on her calling game 4.

    No.
And I may be on an island here.
Last night was different for her. I actually believe she was told to watch herself 'cos she usually drools over Dame and CJ. I think she over compensated, I really do.
DB is good as anybody imo.
    Enjoy Kevin McHale tomorrow.

Doris is my favorite TV analyst. She truly knows the whole league, not just that stars. When no one is talking about us during regular season, she is always paying close attention.

I have looked at Zach and Aminu playoffs and regular stats per 36 and advanced stats and both are pretty close to each. Zach better in some and better in others but real close. Now Zach a lot younger then Aminu. I am not saying not sign Aminu but I think Zach can improve in some areas and get stronger I might have lean Zach starting at PF next year.

I like DB but I find all the ESPN commentators to have the problem of having so many notes of things they want to get out that they literally sound like their reading their notes for half the game. When they talk about whats going on its ok, I mean sometimes it feels like they get told hey we want you to build up this player, but my only problem is when its like, oh CJ went to Lehigh and heres the same story weve been telling for 6 years but its in our notes so were gonna get it out.

But a lot of people only watch big playoff games so most of those people have no idea who CJ is. That has changed now.

Wow, cool... maybe with his next "nugget" of info, Numb-Nuts can give us an update on whether or not they tried the veal and/or forgot to tip the waitress?

Rockets and Blazers the only teams in the playoffs still undefeated at home. Let's keep it going.

I think it's standard at all levels. While Georges Niang played at Iowa State anytime Fran Fraschilla announced our games, probably 7-8 times a year, for four straight years, he never failed to say Niang was high school teammates with Nerlens Noel and that's why he had to become such a crafty player. It became a running joke that he would say it. You were right in your previous post that they have a script.

That Tweet seemed like a subtle brag. "Im hanging with national writers now (theyre laughing at Steph)."

I'm sure he'll come in here to tell me how I'm wrong and how I'm wasting an opportunity by not being nice to him and he's looking out for my best interest (yet wouldnt follow me back on Twitter or ever talk to me except when he would go out of his way to defend himself against a joke or to call me out).

Let the last sentence bear proof later in this thread.

If we can come away with the W tonight then we successfully have taken care of the job at home and whenever you can do that, it’s huge. Going up 3-1 tonight would mean so much going forward. You can NOT let them back into the series and tie it up 2-2 after all that hard work in game 3.

Finish up business at home tonight.
