I'm just wondering if there's any trades that have even brought up. I haven't heard a damn thing except a Kobe rumor that sounded rather questionable to me. Are there any prospective trades we could have? I can't even think of one that's possible.A trade into the first round might be nice, but it depends on what we're giving up.

Rumors, just rumors. I liked the Terry/Buckner for James/Davis of Wolves one. But that's not going to happen now. But Terry is the one that pops up as being shopped. Current hot rumor is Shard for Terry. I'm not buying into any of these because knowing Mavs, it's always blindsighted. Donnie keeps saying, were keeping the core intact, which leaves little to be traded. The only legit thing I've heard is this Papaloukas guy holding a press conference and saying Mavs, Pistons and Heat were the 3 teams he was interested in signing with. I'd add him and look at an offensive pf/c in free agency. And call it a wrap. Maybe replace Buckner(buyout) with PJ Tucker(who demeanor and sort of playwise is similar), also we got that trade exception from the AJ trade. He's got bad hands and is not a center you can feed downlow. That was known before we signed him and after. His defense has been great with us. It's not his fault we got stuck with a smallball team in the first round and also had a torn shoulder(which he just got surgery done today). Damp has been key towards our movement towards defense.
