I rather have a PF, there’s only one ball... having 3 guards like that would basically become ISO-fest, or someone is gonna get the short end of the stick and feelings will be had.
Hey, but they get 2 not so great 2nd round picks as well. That's great value for a player of Butlers ability, Why wouldn't Philly do that (green font). lol.
I doubt the Wizards do that, their owner said it many Times he will not agree to a rebuild. Would have to find a other team
The warriors have had a lot of drama since KD was added though, yeah they win but they are even more talented than we would be with Butler.
I don't have to stop anything. I can post the way i like. Don't even know where you get this notion that i really gotta stop making things sound like anything? You don't like a statement i made to absolutely nobody that is your problem. You responded to me. Not vice versa. Hope you enjoy the game. Go Blazers.
Pretty sure they know as they only have 2 players that like to play with the ball in their hand while we would have 3 and Butler has been very outspoken about his roles on various teams.
Man.... why did you call me an asshole? That's really rude. Gosh....... you should really lay off these personal attacks.
This is what i'm talking about. The Blazers have only one real piece that would suffice and he ain't going anywhere. So i have a hard time believing this will ever come to pass.
Butler would be so perfect for Portland. He plays with a chip on his shoulder. He’s tough. He can play SF. Yeah he’s not afraid to voice his opinion, but so what? One thing I’ll never be worried while Dame is around is chemistry. If anything, Butler would probably play the best ball of his life here. If this is true (big if) Olshey should be all over it.
No, he's not "pretty good at it." Great kid though. Saw him pushing Coach Yim's wheelchair. First time I ever felt confidence watching Noah do anything.
Better than Aminu at 1/4 the cost. Upgrade while cost-cutting? For a team over the threshold, that sounds pretty good to me.
You obviously missed the parts of my post where I said this "type" of trade and where I said I still don't know if any if the 3 teams would do that. Besides, the Wizards owner has already fired their GM and they dumped Porter for little in return as well. You think he's going to just keep paying the rest of the massive salaries when they can't even make the playoffs in the East?
Why do people keep saying this???? We don't know what either will sign for this summer. Just because Vonleh signed for cheap this year doesn't mean he'll sign for cheap with us after showing some real promise this year. If Vonleh doesn't sign for the minimum we have no way to sign him. For the record, I'd rather have Vonleh but it's going to be very unlikely we can sign him whereas we have Aminu's bird rights.
Vonleh at 1/4 the cost? How do you figure as he is a free agent and nobody knows what he might get. I would imagine him and Aminu will receive similar offers.
