Anyone else a fan of wrestling/follow it? WWE past few weeks have been brutal since Wrestlemania... hopefully Money in the Bank rights the ship a bit, I’m excited for the AJ/Rollins match and who doesn’t love ladder matches??
I don't watch wrestling anymore, but I enjoy watching some old school wrestling clips on youtube once in a while. Interviews with wrestlers from the 80's are quite enjoyable.
I think its fallen off, kind of boring right now. They need to stop with this "Wildcard" BS and either combine or leave them separate.
NXT takeover events are really good. AEW just signed a deal to be on TNT. NJPW is going to be boring without those guys. The WWE product has been stale for twenty years but there are other good wrestling shows out there.
I would rather watch local indies like DOA than Raw or Smackdown. Outside of NXT, the WWE has grown absurdly stale. I'm going to check out Prestige wrestling in Corvalis this weekend.
The Jake the Snake podcast with Joe Rogan was really good. Didn’t know about his childhood, it was horrific.
His allegations against his father are pretty controversial among the old timers who knew Grizzly Smith.
The actual wrestling has improved, but the PG hampers the company with promos and segments. Heels can’t be real heels anymore.
It will never happen since WWE now has stock -holders and sponsors like Snickers they have answer to. The edgiest they can be right now is what they are doing with Bray Wyatt and his 'Funhouse' but even the stockholders put pressure on Vince for that to end before it even got started so the likelihood of a full return of the Attitude Era is slim. Your best bet is tuning into AEW when they premiere in the fall. Or Double or Nothing on the 25th.
Bray Wyatt and JoJo had their baby. This dude keeps winning... lol I mean he’s smashing this woman...
never been the same since the rocknroll express left NWA. Been all downhill since them and the four horsemen battles died out.
