Only thing I don't like about olshey how he use the money that he had when he over paid Turner Harkless Leonard that year. That made it hard to help the roster to improve without going in luxury tax. Now he has draft pretty well and some decent trades and good pickup in Kanter. He also has miss but every GM miss sometimes that comes with the job. Hopefully after next year when those contract expires he don't make the same mistake.

Your posting history pretty much shows you as a Olshey basher. Are you denying that? The reason you may not have posted anything in the last month or two is because the GM has had very little to do in the publics eye. I'm pretty confident where you will stand and you'll be at the front of the line when the draft and free agency start happening this summer.

I probably bashed NO more than Bones did, but I genuinely liked what he did “around” the trade deadline. I have zero expectations for this off-season honestly. Anything big he would want to do is going to have to be really creative and require agents and other GM’s and players and things to be all on board. Its his job, but also this summers gonna be tough for the Blazers I think.

Love his game, like that he can create his own shot at that size.

I’m okay with this. Especially if Kanter signs elsewhere.

On a serious note, Matisse Thybulle and Grant Williams are creeping up my list.

Clarke is a lock to go late lotto or mid-first.

Louis King is basically a Rodney Hood replica with maybe better shooting touch but less post up game.

I’ll tell you what I no longer think it will be that hard to trade Nards or Hark if that’s the route we take, ET on the other hand is a Blazer until at least next February.

    My order:

    • Keldon Johnson
    • McDaniels
    • Grant Williams
    • Thybulle
In that order. Whoever falls to us get him.

Looking at some of these mock drafts develop, I've actually gotten to the opinion that there isn't a whole heck of a lot of difference between 10 and 35 in this draft. If the Blazers could find a way to do it, maybe using the first-round pick as an enticement for someone to take Evan Turner's contract where we get back a couple of early twos, I think we could eventually make out like bandits. On some mocks right now, both Chuma and THT are early second rounders, but I like them better than a lot of the guys I see projected in the mid-first, at least for what could help the Blazers.

I do really like the idea of Kabengele.

Very strong, long, decently athletic big man who has potential as an outside shooter.

Knowing Olshey and his boner for heart throb white boys, Ethan Happ is very much a possibility lol

Happ won't get drafted. Dylan Windler and Ty Jerome on the other hand...

I was just looking at him yesterday on the internet nice size can play either 4 or 5 got range out to the 3. Rim proctecter nice per 36 21 and 9.9 rebounds we will need a big next year to probably to replace Kanter and Leonard has one more year left in his contract if not traded. He should be there at 25.
