He needs to pass the ball or sit on the bench.

His decision making has been crap.

These warriors have 2 offensive players and one great playmaker in Draymond. Their bench is horrific and now Iggy is hurt too.

Even without Dame we have CJ, Seth, Hood, Kanter, Meyers, Collins.

Sucks he is injured but Dames been playing this way more or less since the OKC series.

He HAS been passing the ball. The problem is when does the pass the ball, the person he passes to can't shoot (Aminu and Harkless both airballed 3's in this series) or doesn't know what to do with the ball.

The Warriors 2 offensive players are better than our 2 offensive players. Draymond Green is an elite playmaker that is a better playmaker than anyone on Portland's roster...

GSW's "horrific" bench has been outlplaying Portland's bench. Looney and Bell have been giving them quality minutes.

He's dragged this team to the WCF on fumes...gotten mauled in traffic...done everything you could ask of him and played hurt. I mentioned in another thread since the 4 ot game he's been a step slower...inch shorter on the jumper and layups and no zip on the pass...so he goes out and rebounds...tries to defend and get his teammates going. Dame is not defined by this series...he's a superstar...there are some fickle takes on this team given the season we've watched...personally I think kicking him when he's down is bushleague

Its nice to have a reason behind his current play but how I see it is you play through the injury if it still makes the team better. Playing through an injury that makes the team worse is selfish imo(if this is the case though I’d blame Stotts as much as anyone). I love Dame and believe in him but that’s just my pov on ANY injured player. Also, most players left on the final 4 teams have injuries that guys are playing through.

The question hinges on better than what? It's not like Dame was doing nothing out there. He usually period at such a high level, that meerly good is disappointing, but who would do better?

I’m not saying he shouldn’t be playing, I’m just wondering if he’s really hurt and not the “same” dame maybe Terry doesn’t need to play him 40 min? Maybe Curry picks up a few extra minutes? I doubt we will ever know the extent of this injury, I don’t expect Dame or anyone else to use it as an excuse. I’m happy we got as far as we have, it’s a good stepping stone for this team. You don’t go from first round sweep to nba finals in b2b seasons very often so I liked the progress we made.

    Check out @CojoUSA’s Tweet:

We'd still get throttled by the Warriors, but it helps explain his poor play

it was never announced, explains a lot, I have had a rib separation and it hurts breathing, moving, can't imagine having to play Bball with it. Apparently it started in the Denver series and Lonney landing onDame in Game 2 aggravated it. Oh well, great season in any case. Given this would not mind seeing Simons getting 10-15 minutes of experience against the best in the biz
