I think it's time to go with a Lillard/McCollum/Curry/Hood/Collins lineup, Play them all (except perhaps Lillard, since he's hurt) 40-42 minutes and fill in the remaining minutes with Kanter (when Steph Curry is not on the floor), Harkless and Aminu. No Turner. Maybe a few minutes of Simons. Time to go all-in on "people Lillard can pass out of the trap to who might hit a shot."
except the lack of not being able to control ones emotions can be from a lack of maturity. How many times is the word "fuck" used during game threads? Probably one of the single most used words and I never thought that was a word used to critique someone. As a player I was an emotional player cause I knew I had some influence on the game, but as a fan, I have no control over the situation.
In my opinion, I judge him by the seasonal effort and he was spectacular. I seemed to me he lost his mojo in games six and seven of Denver and it carried into The WCF in all games played. He was forcing shots in the paint executing horrible passes and did not hit the golden three or plays necessary to win when the score dictated who would win. Basically, he choked. Shit happens. Don't hate. Only reserve those thoughts for a certain player in OKC called Russell. Oh well,,,,,,,,,,,another Blazers season where we expected more that what could be done. Odds are totally against us but the ride was fun because of our shitty playoff record prior to '19.
seriously? This young man seems to have plenty of confidence, let him get his feet wet, and if he performs well then that is a very good thing. I was talking about playing him with the reserves, not starting him against Klay and Steph
There's a difference to me between a person liking the Beatles, buying their albums, maybe concert tickets and a screaming fanatic Beatlemania teenager...both are fans....one is fanatic about it...the other is just a fan
Are you saying that there is only one way to be a fan and that a fan can't control their emotions?? I consider myself a huge fan of the team but i avoid game threads due to the emotional wreckage in there and constant bashing if a mistake is made. Those game threads are an embarrassment to this forum
Agreed, But Im able to accept both because I understand not everyone is the same. Not at all. I'm jut saying its a part of it. There are many types of fans, but there are also fanatic fans and I think they are entitled to their type of fandom, just as the casual fan and the "normal" fan is. I also avoid the game threads form about tip off until well after the game is over, because I too don't care for alot of the negativity. I guess i'm just a bit more willing to accept the negativity as part of the fanatic fandom and understand that it isn't their true beliefs, but a passing emotional moment. Most people have emotional moments. Its being human. You and I have shared emotional moments and yet here we are having a positive constructive conversation.
