    Rear window is great.

Has anyone watch the Netflix series When They See Us? Pretty powerful stuff.

I know. But I'm letting dad choose the movies and we are going by his list. He prefers the James Stewart version.

Then you must love Bend of the River. I just saw that again three or four days ago. I copied it on my DVR and watched a couple days after it was broadcast.

Haven't seen it lately, but a terrific movie, and one of the very few good George Segal movies ever made, is called "King Rat". A WWII story about a scheming American corporal in a Japanese held allied war camp. Absolutely knocks your socks off terrific movie.

War for the Planet of the Apes.

I must say I enjoyed it very much and thought they completed the trilogy pretty well.

Just saw Yesterday, and loved it.

Also, those Beatle dudes had some pretty decent songs

So i picked up and watched both creeds.

    Not terrible, not great.

What gets me though is the in ring action.

Its impressively fast for being fake and choreographed. Hair thin space between punches Nd face makes it look real, other than just like the originals, no human can take those types of blows and keep going.

    All in all i give creed a “c+“ and creed 2 a “b-“

The grapes of wrath. A must read for every spoiled brat alive to gain some perspective.

The great gatsby. A story about infidelity being glorified....no clue how it made the public educational system as a must read for students.

The Grapes of Wrath is an excellent read and Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury is one of my favorites.

The problem with The Great Gatsby is that F. Scott Fitzgerald was a racist. For me it demeans an otherwise great novel.

Nowadays I find myself watching stuff in segments, spent the last few days watching Megamind on Netflix.

Thought it was good as far as animated kids movies go. Nothing to write home about, but I enjoyed it!

I'm watching Forbidden Planet in segments and it's still a great science fiction movie. Parts of the old Star Trek are modeled after it.
